The Gig

Riffs that drill into your brain, explosive, virtuoso rock guitar, pounding rock bass and driving drums. From the opening riff of "Juicy Lucy" you are knocked off your feet in a wave of grooving, pulsating energy.

The hard rock riffs come thick and fast, interspersed with bluesy, freaked out solos, locked into the rhythm of the drums.

You catch your breath for a second as the beautiful intro of the Arabic favoured "Source" starts, slow and tranquil before taking off, back into overdrive once more. The music, relentless, powerful, transports the listeners and the dancers and groovers up and up.

Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin are both saluted with "Purple Haze" and "Rock and Roll" - then, a brief respite as "The Blues" kicks in, building and building till the roof comes off again, with more than 20 years of rock guitar playing coming to the fore.

Then, a genuine fast, grooving swing - "What a night!" rocks the house. The set finishes with the monstrous Cry Wolf, a bluesy, hard rock opus.

 

The Band

Bruce Reynolds (UK)

Gitarrist, Gesang und Songwriter

1 Meter Engländer/ 1 Meter Schotte, ist musikalisch wie auch sonst ein wahrhaftiger Weltenbummler - geboren am persischen Golf, aufgewachsen in Zentralamerika und der Karibik, lebte er lange in London und in ganz Europa.

Dies refektiert sich in seiner Musik - klassischer britischer Hard Rock 'n' Roll mit Blues-, Swing-, und arabischen Einfüssen.

Seit 25 jahren ist er als professioneller Gitarrist in London tätig mit den britischen Rock-Legenden John McCoy und Nicky Moore in Mammoth, mit Bill Hurley (Fullmoon Blues Band)

Studio Gitarrist mit dem Songwriter Nick Graham (Atomic Rooster, Humans), Mark Sayfritz (D.O.G.) und Live mit Leroy Quyntyn Band, Colin Peel und der Gilbert O'Sullivan Band.
